Habit tracking with The Theme System Journal
After a few weeks off over the holiday period, I’ve been using The Theme System Journal to help get my habits back on track.
These are the daily habits I’m currently tracking:
- Reading (20 mins+)
- Writing (20 mins+)
- Complete highlight
- Deep work (3 hours+)
- Meditate
- Close activity rings
- Go for a walk
- No alcohol
- Finish work at 5:30pm
